During the COVID-19 pandemic, we need everyone’s cooperation to ensure that the OPUS Hut is able to operate safely for all of our guests and staff. As virus science is still evolving, we have used the CDC Guidelines and State of Colorado Short-term Rental Recommendations to develop modified operational requirements.
Winter reservations will be 10 spaces for all reservations for a minimum of 2 nights at $656/night and $55/night/person for meals, taxes included. Any new reservation not in compliance is subject to cancellation and refund minus processing fees.
All winter reservations will be for 10 bed spaces as opposed to specific rooms because we will be rotating between the upstair’s space (2 5-bed rooms) and the downstair’s space (2 3-bed rooms, 1 4-bed room) to ensure proper sanitizing.
A complete list of restrictions and precautions being taken is available here:OPUS-Hut_COVID-Winter Protocol All guests must read, understand and will be required to sign on arrival.
