Off-grid comfort, alpine wild

All stays include afternoon soup, dinner, and breakfast, cooked by our hut keepers. Wood-fired sauna, memory-foam beds with full bedding, filtered water, and no WiFi — on purpose. Days are for powder turns and ridgelines; evenings for the long table and the fire.

Summer Trails

Columbine Lake, the Treeline Traverse, and a web of high-alpine routes from 5 to 14 miles, all starting at the hut.

Afternoon soup at 4:30, dinner at 7:00, breakfast at 7:30. Dietary preferences welcome — tell us before you arrive.

The Wood-Fired Sauna

Steam and cleanse after a day out. Headlamp required for the walk back — the stars are part of the amenity.
